Although she is well-known, most don't spend much time with her, only when they're hungry for mostly Chinese or maybe Asian or Indian food, or of course pumpkin pie...but she's also good for what ails ya...when you're down and out and need a good nurse...one who's knowledgeable...

Ginger is so healthy and serves so many purposes. I have been exposing myself to ginger at a slow pace (I hate the taste) just for the health benefits. My wife loves ginger and she often cooks with it. She is from Southeast Asia where ginger root is a staple in many dishes. This was interesting and to the point. Voting up! Here's to Ginger!
